Secure Messaging System

To become a user of the Secure Messaging System, you must be invited by a Reschini Group employee. We need your name, email address and client name to complete your registration. You will also be asked to provide your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number so that we can verify your identity in the event there is an issue with your password and / or it needs changed.

Only your name, email address, and client affiliation appear in a system address book that Reschini Group employees can access so they can send secure messages to you. No other information about you will be visible to other system users, nor will it be disclosed to any entity outside of The Reschini Group.

The Reschini Group does not provide information to marketing, advertising, or research companies. We do not disclose email addresses to any third parties. We do not send unsolicited, commercial messages via the Secure Messaging System.

Enrollment System

Users of the Enrollment section of the site are loaded into our system from a list or file provided to us by your employer that contains your name, Social Security Number, date of birth, address, employer name, and employment start date. It also includes your email so that we can communicate with you and your employment classification to identify which plans you are eligible to be enrolled in.

To complete the enrollment process, you will need to provide information about yourself and your dependents. This information may include: name, Social Security number, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, other insurance information, and school enrollment. In addition, you may be asked to upload supporting documentation from various sources to verify or substantiate the information you supplied.

The information we collect about you and your dependents is used to provide administrative services on behalf of your employer – to determine eligibility for healthcare benefits, to provide customer service, and to facilitate enrollment in the health plans you have selected during the enrollment process.

Use of Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed onto your hard drive by our website. Cookies must be enabled in your browser settings for the website to function properly. We do not store any of your personal information in the cookie, only a randomly generated online session ID number and your website login name.

You may use your browser’s tools to delete cookies after you complete your work on the website.
